Elope Asheville was conceived in late 2009 and officially launched on January 1, 2010.  This means we are heading into our ninth year as a business!

When I first started this business, my biggest hope was to do enough weddings to fund a family trip to the beach every year.  Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would have a staff of incredibly talented and gifted photographers and officiants, an office staff (whom we proudly pay a livable wage!), and locations throughout the Southeast and in Europe.

In nine years, we have gained a respectful relationship with so many venues and providers in the area so that we can offer our wonderful couples many options so they can have a wedding day on their own terms. We were the first destination elopement planner in Asheville, and we have nearly 3,000 elopements worth of experience to make your dream a reality.

All of Elope Asheville couples are so different in so many ways.  But one thing they all have in common is that they have a story.  We love hearing our couples’ stories, and we always feel so honored that you choose us to be a part of the continuing story that is your love.

In the coming years, Elope Asheville will focus on exactly that – your story.  Your story didn’t start with us, nor will it end with us.  However, we understand we are an integral part of one of the biggest days in the life of your story, and we are experienced in writing it so your day is fun, beautiful, romantic, and stress-free.
